According to the Alabama Fair Campaign Practices Act, the following limitations are placed on political contributions in Alabama:
- Personal Contributions may be made in any amount.
- All political campaigns are required to report the name and address of all contributors as well as the amount of all contributions which exceed $100 in the aggregate.
- Corporate contributions are limited to $500. They are reported as: name of corporation, address, and amount of contribution (up to $500).
- Contributions are NOT tax-deductible.
